The software will have a section where you are allowed as the administrator to define and plan email notifications. Emails can be scheduled to be sent under one of the following conditions:

  1. When an alert is generated. When transactions are evaluated and meet any of the conditions defined in the alerts module, an email will be sent to the email addresses defined for that risk factor that triggered the alert.
  2. If remaining for more than a specified time in the same status. If the transaction that sparked the alert is not worked and moved from the same status, in a time defined by the system administrator, the application will proceed to send an email to the email addresses defined for that risk factor that triggered the alert.
  3. If the investigation of the transaction that generated the alert is not closed. The system administrator defines a maximum time in which an investigation about certain transaction can be open. During that time, the user must provide a solution, either rejecting the transaction or giving it as valid, if the solution of this research is not reflected in the system, it will proceed to send an email to the email addresses defined for that risk factor that triggered the alert.
  4. Upon closing of the investigation. In other words, once the user working the alert has closed it, an email will be sent to the email addresses defined for that risk factor that triggered the alert.

In addition, you can define a scaling level for sending the emails, if one of the above conditions are maintained for longer than the time previously set, it will proceed to send an email to another user level. This other user level will be defined by the system administrator. There may be many levels of escalation as deemed appropriate.
